Rheum \ Rhubarb
Rheum/Rhubarb.
A similar looking vegetable to the celery branches, rich in fiber and minerals such as zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium. It also contains beta carotene and lutein as well as vitamins C, B, A and K. The Rheum is attributed with many anti-aging properties, aiding the digestive system, the heart, strengthening the bones and the immune system. It's excellent for making pies and various traditional dishes.
