The Grouper is considered to be a royalty fish in the middle east. It's famous and beloved in the Israeli cuisine due to its thick white meat. The fish absorbs flavors well and keeps its texture even in long cooking; excellent for roasting in the oven or on the grill and fantastic also for frying.
