Chickpeas Frozen.
Rich in fiber, protein and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, calcium and b group vitamins. Chickpeas also contain antioxidant flavonoids and amino acids; they are low in fat and calories. The chickpeas are excellent for grinding as a spread, for pepper mixture and even as a fantastic addition for salads with whole grains. The frozen chickpeas require a quick boil prior to eating.
