The Tilapia grows in sweet, warm water and therefore can be found mainly in lakes and rivers. Its meat is considered exquisite due to its tenderness and subtle flavor. The fishing, including the cleaning, cutting, slicing, and freezing is done onboard at the heart of the ocean using a freezing method called IQF. The fillet is sliced into a perfect and boneless cut.
