Hake Fillet Frozen.

Close kin to the Codfish family, but considered to have a more subtle flavor, meaty with a soft texture. The Hake swims in the depths of the ocean in cold water, low in fat and sodium, and also contains Omega 3. Due to its texture's consistency, its recommended for preparation as "fish and fries", and perfect as a schnitzel cooked in all styles.
